Instructions on sending a case digitally:
Trios Users:
On your TRIOS scanner, open 3Shape Communicate.
Go to Connections (sometimes called Partners).
Click Add New Connection (or Find a Lab).
Search for our lab by name: Proline Dental Laboratory.
Click Connect / Request Connection.
Once we accept, you’ll see us in your lab list and can start sending cases.
iTero Users:
Call iTero and request to add us to your scanner.
Proline Dental Laboratory ID: 144-148
Primescan Users:
Log in to DS Core.
Go to Connections/Labs in the menu.
Click Add new lab.
Search Proline Dental Laboratory.
Click Connect/Invite.
Add us as a partner lab on Medit Link:
Log in to your Medit Link account on the website
Select Partners on the left side
Search for Proline Dental Laboratory by name, email address, or zip code
Click Request Partnership
Review the details and click Request Partnership again
Wait for us to accept your request
